A message from the Founder of LA Resistance, Samantha Gluckler
Hey chicas! First, I'd like to explain what inspired me to create LA Resistance; it's you, it's me, it's every fitness minded woman out there! I too struggled with finding feminine fitness products that could withstand my workouts. LA Resistance is not so much a product, but more a representation of a rallying battle cry to all the strong ladies out there who are sick of purchasing men's products just because the female versions are too delicate. No longer will this be the case!
I personally designed these bands with you ladies in mind. They are strong, resilient, and cute AF! More importantly though, I wanted to create something for all fitness levels and goals. LA Resistance bands in combination with our E Book and weekly workout options can be adapted as you go to fit your fitness level and budding gains.
Join the resistance, and become a part of our army of other bad bitches. Finally, always remember that you are a force to be reckoned with, but in style of course. Now go, go forth and conquer ladies!
"For the girls with messy hair and thirsty hearts." -Jodi Lynn Anderson
"In the past, resistance bands have gotten a bad name in gym circuits through their association with middle-aged women doing aerobics with 5 pounds of resistance...but the truth is that bands can be worked for serious strength training, too."
"Resistance bands are more than just stretchy pieces of rubber. Not only are they effective for getting in a full-body workout when time is short and equipment is sparse, but different bands can enhance your flexibility and mobility and help you push past sticking points."
"Resistance bands may not have the same heft and reputation as weights, but they can give you an effective strength-training workout whether you're on the road, at the office or in need of variety. The bands offer several benefits over free weights..."
